Everything began in far-off 25 August 1949, when the plot of land was allotted on which the Hotel MON REVE now stands, and on which a small villa was built. Immediately afterwards, in view of the growing demand, the premises were used to accommodate holidaymakers. As tourism increased on the riviera, in 1955 an application was made to extend the premises and the Pension Mon Rêve saw the light.


All the food served in our restaurant is prepared under our direct supervision as are the various menus, with the help of our chef. This way, because we know our guests personally, we try and cater for the individual tastes of adults and children alike, offering a broad choice of first and main courses. Fish is never off the menu. We also cater for any special diets.


Our luscious green garden provides a place in which to fully relax. It is cool and protected by pine trees, oak trees, plants and flowers in vases. It is also comfortable, with tables and armchairs, a gazebo with chairs and tables to play on, a corner with sofa or two swing chairs, set aside, on which to chat or read a good book.

From this entente lasting many centuries come the traditional products of Cervia: sweet salt, other salt-pan products and those of the surrounding district.
