Our story

Everything starts in the distant 25 August 1949, when at Milano Marittima was built a villa on the ground where now stands the Hotel Mon Rêve, that means "My Dream". The name derives from the years spent by our grandparents in France. From that small villa and from that dream, in 1955 was born our hotel. The cooking skills of grandmother Fedora and the building skills of grandfather Mario, have transformed, with the passing of the years, the few rooms available into the current 29. Continuing the tradition, since 1992 we grandchildren now manage the hotel with the same passion of our grandparents... expanding, renovating, updating year after year.

Our garden

A big garden, cool and shady, awaits you at the hotel. Pine trees, oaks, plants and cut flowers surround tables and chairs, a gazebo with tables and chairs, the corner with sofa and the secluded rocking chairs, to chat with friends or read a good book. Breakfast is served here, surrounded by the birds that look around and are grateful for the crumbs people offer them. In a protected area, away from the gates that lead to the road or from other dangers, we have created a lovely and safe play area, dedicated to all children.
